POD, European air quality data for 2020 (interpolated data), Jan 2024

The data set provides concentrations for the air pollutant ozone indicator Phytotoxic ozone dose (POD) combining monitoring air quality data in a ‘regression-interpolation-merging mapping’ methodology and the observational values of the air quality monitoring stations used in the interpolation. It covers Europe for the year 2020. It provides estimates for phytotoxic ozone dose (POD) for beech, spruce, wheat, tomato and potato for the year 2020. This data set is used to estimate vegetation exposure to air pollution. The methodology and the corresponding maps can be found in the 2022 Eionet reports "European air quality maps for 2020.
