Anonymized Wearable Sensor Health and Activity Dataset

The dataset contains detailed health and activity monitoring data collected from Garmin Vivosmart 5 wearable devices, specifically from participants located in Greece during the period 09-2024 until 08-2025. The dataset includes measurements such as: Heart rate (resting, active, variability) Body metrics (e.g., weight, BMI, fitness age) Sleep quality (including sleep stages and duration) Physical activity (steps, intensity minutes, stress levels) In addition to the measurements, complementary documentation files are provided. These include details such as abbreviations, measurement units, data types, and recording frequency.
