Dataset description

The ASILaC datasets presents monthly files of correlation statistics calculated between Sea Ice Area (SIA) in eight Arctic basins and terrestrial parameters in the Arctic region North of 60°N. Data format: raster GeoTIFF The terrestrial parameters are: 1. Permafrost Ground Temperature at 2m depth 2000-2019 (source: Obu et al. (2023))2. Maximum NDVI (MaxNDVI) based on MODIS 2000-2019 (Source: Tommervik (2025))3. Time Integrated NDVI (TINDVI) based on MODIS 2000-2019 (Source: Tommervik (2025))4. Snow Water Equivalent (SWE) 2000-2018 based on SSMI (Source: Luojus et al. (2021)) Sea ice area data for 2000-2019 have been obtained from OSI SAF (OSI SAF 2020). De-trending has been applied to all parameters. The correlation (r) has been filtered at significance level p_value < 0.05.  Each file referring to subbasins contains 6 bands:  Band 1: minimum correlation valueBand 2: maximum correlation valueBand 3: associated basin with minimum correlation value Band 4: associated basin with maximum correlation value Band 5: mean correlation valueBand 6: standard deviation Each file referring to the entire NH sea ice area contains 1 band: Band 1: correlation value Bartsch, A., Tanguy, R., Bergstedt, H., von Baeckmann, C., Tømmervik, H., Macias-Fauria, M., Lemmetyinen, J., Rautiainen, K., Gruber, C., and Forbes, B. Questions before production use

Practical answers on evaluation, licensing, freshness, versioning and support.

api.store is built and operated by Apitalks s.r.o. Company details and a direct contact path are linked in the footer for vendor checks and procurement review.
Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
