Dataset description

The datasets provide detailed results obtained for the 3D structure geometries in the investigation reported in the Deliverable 4.2. For each cell of the computational domain limited to the fiber zone, the following variables are reported in the files contained in the ZIP folder named “3DStructures_with10FiberLayers.zip” and “3DStructures_with60FiberLayers.zip”: Velocity magnitude [m/s] Partial pressure of O2 and CO2 [mmHg] Local Reynolds number [-] Shear rate [s-1] In addition, the mass weighted average of the following variables on the planes normal to the flow direction at different elevations corresponding to the fiber centers are reported in the file named “3DStructure_MassWeightedAverageData.xlsx””: Partial pressure of O2 and CO2 [mmHg] Specific O2 and CO2Transfer Rates [mL/min/m2] Local Reynolds number [-] OTR and CTR per unit volume [mL/min/L]   Three .zip folders and one single .xlsx file are uploaded, in particular: 1.       STL_geometries.zip: This ZIP file contains the six geometries adopted for the simulations in .stl format. Each file is named with the number of fiber layers and the center-to-center distance between two consecutive fibers, Dcc. 2.       3DStructures_with10FiberLayers.zip: This ZIP file contains four Excel files, where the results obtained with 10 layers of fibers and four different distances between the fibers in each layer are reported. The four files are named with the number of layers and the center-to-center distances, Dcc (500, 600, 700 and 800 um). Each file is organized into three separate sheets, one for each simulated inlet velocity (5, 10, and 25 mm/s). 3.       3DStructures_with60FiberLayers.zip: This ZIP file contains three Excel files, where the results obtained with 10 layers of fibers and two different distances between the fibers in each layer are reported. Two files are named with the number of layers and the center-to-center distances, Dcc (500 and 800 um). In one case, also the inlet partial pressures of O2 and CO2 are included, since different values with respect to the standard values were adopted. Each file is organized into three separate sheets, one for each simulated inlet velocity (5, 10, and 25 mm/s). 4.       3DStructure_MassWeightedAverageData.xlsx: This Excel file contains the mass weighted averaged results obtained in the 3D structures. The file is organized into three sheets, two are named with the number of layers only. In the last, the O2 and CO2 partial pressure adopted at the inlet are also specified, corresponding to the non-standard values.

Questions before production use

Practical answers on evaluation, licensing, freshness, versioning and support.

api.store is built and operated by Apitalks s.r.o. Company details and a direct contact path are linked in the footer for vendor checks and procurement review.
Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
