Dataset description

This dataset includes atmospheric model outputs from three numerical experiments, aircraft observations from NASA’s CPEX-CV (Convective Processes Experiment – Cabo Verde) campaign, and collated datasets of AERONET and model data used in published analysis. The data support figures in the open-access publication:https://doi.org/10.3390/eesp2025035021 Dataset Contents Fig1.csv   A dataset of AERONET and model-derived aerosol optical depth (AOD) values used in Figure 1 of the article Fig2.rar   Directory containing model and analysis data used in Figure 2 of the article Fig3.rar   Directory containing model and analysis data used in Figure 3 of the article NoAERO_NOSIP-AERO_NoSIP_data/   Model output from the NoAERO–NoSIP and AERO–NoSIP experiments AERO_NOSIP-AERO_SIP_data/   Model output from the AERO–NoSIP and AERO–SIP experiments CPEX_CV_flight_data/   Includes the in situ aircraft observation file:   CPEXCV-HALO_DC8_20220915_R1.h5 COMECAP_2025.py, a python code for plotting File Formats Model output: .npz (NumPy compressed arrays) Aircraft observations: .h5 (HDF5) Collated figure data: .csv Model File Structure Model files within NoAERO_NOSIP-AERO_NoSIP_data and AERO_NOSIP-AERO_SIP_data follow the format: data_dd-mm-yyyy.npz, with the date referring to the date of flight. Each file includes variables from two simulation experiments using suffixes: col1: First experiment in the pair col2: Second experiment in the pair Included Variables lat, lon, alt, time: Position and time dust: Total dust concentration (μg/m³) cloud, rain, ice, snow, graupel: Mixing ratios of hydrometeors (g/kg)

Questions before production use

Practical answers on evaluation, licensing, freshness, versioning and support.

api.store is built and operated by Apitalks s.r.o. Company details and a direct contact path are linked in the footer for vendor checks and procurement review.
Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
