With our own developed Matlab scripts, they are classified into each step of the measurement: approach, voltammetry, and retract. For the easy access of the readers, we uploaded the raw SECCM data after classification in .mat format which is readable by Matlab software. For the voltammetry variables in .mat format, the data for each scan (half cycle) is separated into each column. For SECCM data analysis, the instrument’s noise background current should be subtracted from the raw current values. The background current can be evaluated from the measured current without the approach of the SECCM tip and was consistent depending on the current range of the amplifier. It has been observed that the measured current was the sum of the electrochemical current and the background current.
