Curated metadata from SPET genotyping of five European forest tree species

This dataset contains curated and harmonised metadata extracted from five NCBI BioProjects associated with the H2020 GenTree SPET genotyping of Abies alba (AA), Pinus cembra (PC), Pinus halepensis (PH), Pinus nigra (PN) and Taxus baccata (TB). Metadata fields include sample identifiers, organism, experiment information, sequencing platform, library strategy and run-level attributes. Raw FASTQ files are not included in this Zenodo record.
