D2.1 List of CO2, NO2 and CO hotspot locations for the year 2021 identified in satellite observations.

This dataset, provided as a standalone CSV file, contains the NO2 hotspot locations identified for the year 2021 using satelite observations. It includes the geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) of local NO2 maxima detected in TROPOMI images,as well as the methodological information (Gi* scores and assiciated p-values) described in the accompanying report. The dataset is part of the effort to improve annual CO2 emission estimates from hotspot power plants by exploiting satellite measurements of co-emitted NO2.
