Dataset needed to reproduce the results in the manuscript by "Generative Approaches to Kinetic Parameter Inference in Metabolic Networks via Latent Space Exploration" by S. Choudhury et al. (under review, a preprint available at https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2025.03.31.646317v1) The accompanying code is available at: https://github.com/EPFL-LCSB/LaTeX Each subfolder includes a README file to facilitate the reproduction of the results. - Study_1 contains the data, scripts and notebooks for all results in Figure 2,3 and 4 (E. coli central carbon metabolism)- Study_2 contains the data, scripts and notebooks for all results in Figure 5 (E. coli anaerobic metabolism)- Input contains all the kinetic model structures, thermodynamic data and steady states for the 2 models analysed in this study
