Dataset description

sf_val.xlsx — Energy & Diagnostic Measurement Dataset This Excel contains time-series machine data collected from the production environment. It includes both energy measurements and, when available, diagnostic attributes for individual readings. Column-by-Column Explanation Column Meaning customer_id Identifies the customer/tenant in our platform. This ID is unique per customer. ttl Time-to-live value in UNIX seconds. Used internally by our storage system to define how long the record remains stored. val Instantaneous measured value from the device. asset_id A unique ID generated by our platform for each machine, sensor, or sub-asset. This ID officially links the measurement to the correct machinery. timestamp UNIX timestamp (seconds). Exact moment when the measurement was recorded. Used to match readings with production events and manufacturing windows. details A structured diagnostic / metadata field. Example values include:• {'diagnostics': [{'name':'Unit','value':'W (Watt)'}]}• other key–value diagnostic data (units, sensor health, measurement metadata). This field is optional and appears only when the data source provides extended attributes. Meaning of Manufacturing Abbreviations (AP, SC, QC) Some assets or measurement groups use short functional prefixes to identify which part of themanufacturing process they belong to: Abbreviation Meaning Description AP Arm Printing Energy or sensor readings belonging to the arm printingprocess/station. SC Smart Conveyor Sensors associated with the conveyor movement and materialtransfer. QC Quality Check Inspection/measurement device readings used during thequality verification stage. These abbreviations appear in naming structures such as: • power_current_ap → power/current measurement for Arm Printing • power_current_sc → power/current measurement for Smart Conveyor • power_current_qc → power/current measurement for Quality Check Which Parts Are Used for Footprint Calculation? • val → used for energy calculations (W → kWh → CO₂). • asset_id → maps the measurement to the correct manufacturing step. • timestamp → selects the measurements belonging to the production cycle. Which Parts Are Metadata? • ttl • details (diagnostics) • customer_id These fields support storage, context, and sensor metadata but are not environmental-calculation values. dpp_assets.xlsx — Component Digital Product Passport Dataset This Excel contains the component-level Digital Product Passport (DPP) data used to buildthe complete DPP of each final product. Each row represents one product. It providescomponent identity, component grouping and operation information for multi-unit productionbatches. All component identifiers in this file are uniquely generated by our platform to ensure full traceability across the product lifecycle.     Column-by-Column Explanation Column Meaning customer_id Identifies the customer/tenant in our platform. This ID distinguishes dataacross different organizations. ttl Time-to-live (UNIX seconds). Defines retention duration in our internal storage layer. val The DPP payload for the product. This includes many structured fields such as:• component and operation-level energy & CO₂• embedded raw material and operation emissions• component metadata (In this project, we didn't have component datainformation)• route data (if the component has its own processes/operations)• product_name and barcode_type• main_dpp_id client_id Identifies the client instance generating or owning the DPP record. asset_id The unique component DPP asset identifier (e.g., “Barcode_Dpp_CMC2”). This is used as the primary key when linking components to the final product'sDPP. timestamp When this component DPP was generated. Useful for traceability and orderingof components within a production batch.     Understanding the Component DPP Structure (Column “val”) The val column stores a complete, serialized DPP structure for each component. Its content usually includes fields like: • barcode_type → type of barcode used – for our platform-specific • components → nested sub-components • route → if the component has internal manufacturing stages like arm printing, smartconveyor, assembly.. • energy_consumption → kWh linked to this product (calculated with Swiss Smart Factory Data – ssf_val.xlsx) • co2_emission → gCO₂eq linked to this product (calculated with Swiss Smart FactoryData – ssf_val.xlsx) • machine_id → machine used to produce this product • operator_id → operator identity (if available) • dpp_check → 0 or 1: for our platform-specific, it depends on user selection viainterface, • product_name → name of the product • main_dpp_id → the unique DPP ID of the component, essential for linking it into thefinal product's DPP (e.g., “CMC241030082955”) This means every row already contains a complete mini-passport for that product.     Final Summary dpp_assets.xlsx contains component-level Digital Product Passports. Each row includes: • unique component DPP asset_id • detailed DPP payload (val) • component and route (manufacturing stages/processes/operations) environmentalfootprint data • barcode metadata

Questions before production use

Practical answers on evaluation, licensing, freshness, versioning and support.

api.store is built and operated by Apitalks s.r.o. Company details and a direct contact path are linked in the footer for vendor checks and procurement review.
Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
