Dissolved oxygen concentration of urban lakes in Berlin

This dataset contains oxygen and water temperature time series data of 6 different small urban lakes in Berlin. 3 of the lakes were measured in summer 2024 (Ruhwaldteich, Sausuhlensee, Lietzensee) and 3 in summer 2025 (Breitkopfbecken, Karpfenteich, Wilhelmsruher See) as part of the Horizon Europe Project All Data 4 Green Deal (AD4GD) by Kompetenzzentrum Wasser Berlin. The sensors were installed in the center of the lake ca. 20 cm below the water surface. The raw data is provided in ";"-seperated csv files. For each lake the files contain the following columns: datetime: The timesamp „YYYY-mm-dd hh:mm“ in Central European Summer Time (CEST) o2_con: Dissolved oxygen concentration in mg/L o2_sat: Oxygen saturation in %   wtemp: Water temperature in °C In some time series there might be gaps due to data transfer issues. The data was collected with different sensors, different temporal resolution  and in different time periods.
