Dataset description

YEAR: calendar yearTREE: number of the sampled treePLOT: number of sample plot (1,3,4,5,6,7). There is no plot nr 2.TYPE: type of the stand composition (MIXED, PURE).CENTER: number of the center of the sample plot, in cases, when the plot was subdivided into subplots. SP: species to which TREE belongs (Jt - Juniperus thurifera; Pp - Pinus pinea; Pt - Pinus pinaster; Qi - Quercus ilex)DBH: diameter of the tree measured at breast height (1.3m) [cm]. For the years before 2021, the DBH were reconstructed, as described in the Article. BA.cm2: Basal Area of the given tree, calculated as (pi * DBH^2)/4 [cm^2].BAI.t: increment of the basal area of a given tree in a given year [cm^2 / year].HEIGHT_2021: height of a given tree measured at the end of the year 2021 [m]. CORED: if increment cores were extracted from a tree (T, NA).DENDROM: if a band dendrometer (T) and continous (automated) dendrometer (T*) were installed on a tree. X.SW: coordinate on x-axis on a carthesian plane; the x = 0 lies on the SW edge of the sample plot [m]. Y.SW: coordinate on y-axis on a carthesian plane; the y = 0 lies on the SW edge of the sample plot [m].R.infl: radius of influence of a given tree, calculated as DBH/100 * 30 [m].ZAi: Zone Area; area of influence of a given tree, calculated as pi * R.infl^2 [m^2].HGCI: sum of competition suffered by a given tree from all its identified neighbours; the competititon between the subject tree and every neighbour was calculated using the Hegyi Competition Index.Jt: competition suffered by a given tree from all Jt neighbours. Qi: competition suffered by a given tree from all Qi neighbours. Pp: competition suffered by a given tree from all Pp neighbours. Pt: competition suffered by a given tree from all Pt neighbours. CIinter: competition suffered by a given tree from all heterospecific neighbours. CIintra: competition suffered by a given tree from all conspecific neighbours. Pre.yr.mm: sum of precipitation during given year [mm].Pre.gs.mm: sum of precipitation during the growing season of a given year (months with Tavg_month >= 8gr.C) [mm].Pre.yr.mm: sum of precipitation during the hydrological season of a given year (October previous year - September current year) [mm].CWB.pm.mm: climatic water balance, calculated as Pre.yr.mm - PET(Penman-Monteith) [mm].CWB.hr.mm: climatic water balance, calculated as Pre.yr.mm - PET(Hargreaves) [mm].CWB.th.mm: climatic water balance, calculated as Pre.yr.mm - PET(Thornthwaite) [mm].DMI: De Martonne Index. resist: resistance to drought, calculated over ring width indices (reference period = 3 years). Formula as described in Lloret et al. 2010.recov: recovery from drought, calculated over ring width indices (reference period = 3 years). Formula as described in Lloret et al. 2010.resil: resilience to drought, calculated over ring width indices (reference period = 3 years). Formula as described in Lloret et al. 2010.rel.resil: relative resilience to drought, calculated over ring width indices (reference period = 3 years). Formula as described in Lloret et al. 2010.rec.period: growth recovery time, as in Thurm et al. 2016.

Questions before production use

Practical answers on evaluation, licensing, freshness, versioning and support.

api.store is built and operated by Apitalks s.r.o. Company details and a direct contact path are linked in the footer for vendor checks and procurement review.
Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
