This dataset is a detailed collection of citizen-generated data from the GREENGAGE project, captured using the GREENGAGE mobile app. It serves as a comprehensive record of urban observatory pilot activities—such as the "Vienna AIT Public Transport Observatory" and the "SSPCR Workshop in Bolzano"—where citizens act as active sensors to monitor and improve their urban environments. The dataset includes: Mobility & Transport Analysis: Detailed logs of public transport delays, travel times, and journey tracking to help identify infrastructure bottlenecks. Urban Quality Observations: Qualitative feedback on street-level impressions and environmental factors (e.g., traffic, noise, and walkability) at specific Points of Interest (POIs). Participant Demographics: Socio-economic profiles including age, education, and digital literacy, which allow for inclusive analysis of how different groups perceive urban challenges. Geospatial Intelligence: Precise GPS coordinates linking user feedback to specific geographic locations, enabling the creation of spatial heatmaps for urban planning.
