RDA TIGER Support Services: Application forms, evaluation forms, scoring sheets

This dataset contains application forms, evaluation forms, and scoring sheets associated with applications for RDA TIGER Support Services.  These materials were produced by RDA TIGER Work Package 6: Service Quality, in consultation with the RDA TIGER Selection Committee (SC). For further details, see D6.5: Final Quality Evaluation Report on the RDA TIGER WG Services [forthcoming]. The data contains the following: Application forms: The forms submitted by those applying for RDA TIGER Support. Three application forms are included, corresponding with the three different call types of the project: open calls, cascading grants, and travel grants. Only the latest versions of each form is included. Evaluation form: The forms used by SC members to evaluate and score application forms. Again, there are three forms corresponding to different call types. Scoring sheets: These sheets recorded the scores and written feedback provided through the evaluation forms, and apply formulas for calculating the total score of the application, as well as scores for different aspects of evaluation (e.g. impact or feasibility). Two sheets are included, representing the latest versions used for the open call type, and the cascading- and travel grants (these two use the same sheet). The sheets include example data to illustrate how the scores were calculated, but all personal information has been removed.   Overview sheet: Used to present applications scores to SC members in a more readable format, during their meetings to decide which applications were accepted. The sheet also recorded the decisions and follow-up actions from these meetings. The sheet includes example data that has been anonymized.
