Ground studies

The ground survey register contains ground research data, most of which are studies on roads, rail network and waterways owned by the Finnish Transport Agency throughout Finland. The register also contains ground studies of ELY Centres and cities. The bottom studies include drilling, most of which are printing and drilling drilling. In addition, the register contains other basic research material, such as test well cards and laboratory test results, such as oedometer tests. The bottom survey data can be downloaded in the Infra base study format either in the original or in the ETRS-TM35FIN coordinate system. The coordinate conversions have been made according to the MML conversion formulae. The basic survey data of the Finnish Transport Agency contain both the basic data of the points and the actual measurement data (observatory data). For some owners, only metadata are presented, i.e. basic data according to the Infra Base Study format without measurement data.
