Dataset description

Helsingin kaupungin ostot (palvelut, aineet ja tarvikkeet, käyttöomaisuushankinnat) vuodesta 2012 alkaen. Tiedot päivittyvät automaattisesti kuukausittain CSV-tiedostoihin. Staran ja rakennusviraston (HKR) tiedot ovat CSV-aineistossa mukana maaliskuusta 2017 alkaen. Tiedoista puuttuu HKL:n tiedot, koska heillä on käytössä erillinen järjestelmä. CSV-muotoinen kokoomatiedosto sisältää tietoja kuukausitarkkuudella vuodesta 2017 alkaen. Tiedot on summattu toimiala/liikelaitos-, toimittaja- ja tilitasolla. Edellisen kuukauden tiedot päivittyvät tiedostoon automaattisesti seuraavan kuun puolivälissä. CSV-tiedoston välimerkki on puolipiste. Helsingin kaupungin organisaatiouudistuksen yhteydessä 1.6.2017 virastot muuttuivat toimialoiksi, joten hallintokunnat-sarakkeesta löytyy sekä aiemman että nykyisen organisaatiorakenteen mukaisia organisaatioita. Tiedot mahdollistavat kaupungin virastojen ja toimialojen hankintojen (ostojen) tarkastelun toimittaja- ja tilitasoilla. Suodattamalla tietoja voidaan vertailla ostojen toteutumia erilaisten tietojen perusteella. Vuodesta 2024 alkaen datassa ei ole mukana yksityisten elinkeinonharjoittajien tietoja, joiden on katsottu olevan yleisessä tietosuoja-asetuksessa tarkoitettuja henkilötietoja.
