Aineisto sisältää vastaukset pääkaupunkiseudun kaupunkien avoimen datan palvelun eli Helsinki Region Infosharen (HRI) käyttöä koskevaan kyselyyn, joka oli kohdennettu Helsingin kaupungin työntekijöille. Kysely toteutettiin 20.4.-12.5.2023 verkkokyselynä. Kyselyä jaettiin kaupungin intrassa ja esihenkilöille sähköpostitse. Kyselyyn toivottiin vastauksia erityisesti esihenkilöiltä. Vastaaminen tapahtui anonyymisti. Kyselyyn tuli 198 vastausta. Vastaajista 86 % oli esihenkilöitä, 10 % asiantuntijoita ja 4 % muussa roolissa työskenteleviä. Vastaavanlainen kysely on tarkoitus toteuttaa myös Espoon, Vantaan ja Kauniaisten kaupunkien työntekijöille vuosien 2023-2024 aikana. Kysely on suunniteltu toistettavan jatkossa parin vuoden välein. Kyselyn vastaukset huomioidaan HRI-palvelun jatkokehittämisessä.
