Dataset description

Interface (API) to the City of Helsinki feedback system. Feedback from all City departments is published through the API, and can be used for example by businesses and other actors. Currently (2025), only less than one tenth of the feedback is published as open data. The lack of a publication permissions and data protection issues, among other things, reduce the amount of feedback published. The API allows users to search for feedback published in the last 12 months. You can also use the API to send feedback to the City of Helsinki. Sending feedback requires an API key and an agreement with the City of Helsinki. If you want to enable the API for sending feedback, please contact Helsinki Feedback Support by email and we will guide you through the process: palautetuki@hel.fi.
