City of Oulu city plan

The town plan is a detailed land use plan based on a master plan that creates the conditions for building buildings, streets and public areas. The City of Oulu’s up-to-date city plan consists of approved and legally valid town plans. The Ajantasa metropolitan plan describes a valid town plan, in which the intended use of the areas and their markings are indicated. The data are maintained in vector and raster form. The city plan is distributed in the City of Oulu WMS service as open data. Maintenance coordinates ETRS-GK26FIN (EPSG: 3133), but the data can also be projected to other coordinate systems.
