Purchase invoice data of the municipality of Sonkajärvi

The municipality of Sonkajärvi opens its purchase invoice data in the avoindata.fi service. The latest data is always published after the financial statements have been completed. By publishing its purchase invoice data, the municipality wants to promote the openness of the administration and the participation of citizens. Purchase invoice data includes purchase invoice data for municipal services, materials, supplies and goods, investments and rents. Purchase invoices containing personal data have been removed from the data due to data protection. The data does not include private entrepreneurs, i.e. business name entrepreneurs. Due to the restrictions made, the amounts cannot be compared directly to the municipality's budget or actual costs. The data has been extracted at the row level, in which case the total amount per invoice is obtained by adding together the rows containing the same receipt number. The material has been published in accordance with the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities' guidelines on opening purchase invoice data for municipalities and joint municipal authorities, as well as the following regulations: EU General Data Protection Regulation, Data Protection Act, Act on the Openness of Government Activities, Information Management Act, Act on the Provision of Digital Services, Accounting Act, Decree of the Ministry of Finance on the Data Content and Technical Descriptions of Municipal Financial Information, General Instructions and Opinions of the Municipal Section of the Accounting Board, Value Added Tax Act.
