Stara Urban Technology Maintenance of Production Vehicles Movements and Measures in Eastern Helsinki 01/2021

Data package of vehicle data from the production control system of the City of Helsinki Construction Services Enterprise (Stara) for the maintenance of urban technology in January 2021. The information is normally available to API key holders via the REST API. However, the data for the selected demo period (10-31 January 2021) will now be published as a precedent for opening real-time data. The opening of real-time maintenance data to the public interface is planned by 2025 at the latest. The data package is available both in the original API format and pre-processed in GeoJSON format. The data consists of **device names**, ** time stamps**, **map coordinates** (coordinate WGS84 (EPSG:4326)) and ** active io channels**. The channels tell us what the device is doing right now. The following channels are of interest to maintenance activities: — Ploughing — Anti-slip — Brushing — Sanding — Visit: the device is active, e.g. moving to work area The data package also contains a csv file that indicates where each device (depending on the name) is primarily operating (e.g. roads/footwalks). In addition to the coordinate data, it is possible to determine in which lane the device has moved in, for example, the OpenStreetMap or the Helsinki Public Areas Register (YLRE) map data. Real-time telemetry data will eventually be published through the existing public [Lumiaura interface] (https://hri.fi/data/fi/dataset/rajapinta-staran-lumiaurojen-sijantitietoihin).
