Monitoring data from the Government Programme

The follow-up to Prime Minister Alexander Stubb’s Government Programme has ended and the material will no longer be updated_. The collected material is compiled as follows: The sections of the Government Programme, which talk about activities and whose implementation is therefore meaningful to follow, have been broken down into parts. These parts are referred to in the material as “entry”. The data is in tabular form. Each row has one entry. The columns contain information on this. The material consists of four parts: 1) records and metadata describing them 2) Ministries responsible for the implementation of the entry 3) a description of the progress of implementation 4) details of the contact person for each entry The data structure and metadata of the data are still pilot at this stage. So it hasn't been established yet. That’s why we value feedback on the following issues 1) metadata and its structure 2) the possibilities of visualisation 3) with which other material this should primarily be combined At this point, data is an independent entity. Its use value can be increased in the next few years by building connections to other data, such as budgeting data.
