Extended, Improved and Unified Public Procurement Announcement Base

2021-beauamp1.1.0.csv **Major contributions:** - Conversion of textual data from notices published in BOAMP into a tabular format - Categorisation of selection criteria and harmonisation of their weighting - Estimated SIRET of purchasers and licensees - Geolocation of buyers and holders (including abroad) - Importing a lot of information about the companies and buyers mentioned in BOAMP The dataset merges the information contained in the Official Bulletin of Public Procurement Announcements (BOAMP) with data from INSEE's SIRENE database for all public contracts awarded from 2015 to 2023. The data are presented in the form of a table where each row represents a contractual relationship between the buyer and the holder (or announces the failure/decision not to act if applicable), and each column describes a characteristic of the contract, the outcome of the award procedure, the buyer or the holder.
