Source: Agency BIO / Certifying Bodies These data on the number of operators, areas and herds come from the annual checks that the approved certifying bodies carry out on farms and processing companies engaged in organic distribution. **Geographical accuracy** The data are aggregated at municipal level: Insee code of the municipality of the site of activity or in the absence of the place of business. **Operator data** Number of operators per municipality, or failing that by postal code.
