Nutritional composition table of Ciqual 2020 foods

**ATTENTION this dataset is now made available via the research.data.gouv platform, in a ****[updated version](https://warehouse.recherche.data.gouv.fr/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.57745/RDMHWY)******which ANNUALS AND COMPLETES it.** In France, the reference database on the nutritional composition of foods is managed by ANSES. The nutritional composition table of Ciqual 2020 foods provides the contents of different constituents (carbohydrates, sugars, proteins, lipids, fatty acids, salt, vitamins, minerals …) as well as the energy values of foods. With 3,484 referenced foods, this new version of the Ciqual table incorporates the detail of all the individual sugars contained in the foods. It also provides up-to-date data on the main fruits and vegetables, including those grown overseas. To be in line with the new food practices of the French, the table now includes about fifty new foods adapted to vegetarian diets.
