The fixed broadband and ultra-fast broadband market (deployments)

**[Cartefibre.arcep.fr](https://cartefibre.arcep.fr/)** is Arcep's**map tool** which aims to improve information for the general public and professionals on fibre-to-the-subscriber deployments. It is part of the [high and very high-speed fixed broadband observatory] (https://www.arcep.fr/cartes-et-donnees/nos-publications-chiffrees/Observatoire-des-abonnements-et-deployments-du-haut-et-tres-haut-debit/latest-chiffres.html) set up by the Authority. The estimate of the number of premises within each building is based on the IPE files provided by infrastructure operators (IOs) and on data provided by INSEE from 2018 - __PM__: Point of mutualisation. - __Local FTTH__ connector: A room is considered connectable if the building is "deployed" and the PM is "deployed".
