Access to care: Optam/Optam-ACO membership by specialty and territory (department, region) - BY YEAR

This dataset is one of the sources of datavisualizations available on the website [Observatoire de l'accès aux soins](https://data.ameli.fr/pages/accesses-aux-care/). ### General information: The liberal health professions available in this dataset are: doctors (with more than 20 medical specialties). They are doctors who are active on 31 December of the year in question and: * pursuing their activity as a liberal and in sector 2; * eligible for Optam/Optam-ACO; * in metropolitan France, Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Réunion, Martinique and Mayotte; * having received at least EUR 1 in fees; * whether they are contracted with Sickness Insurance or not (when they generate a prescription reimbursed by Sickness Insurance); * professionals in combined employment and retirement are counted towards the workforce if they meet the above conditions. This dataset contains information on the Optam/Optam-ACO membership of eligible sector 2 doctors: * the annual number of doctors in sector 2 who are members of the Option de Pratique Tarifaire Maitrisée (Optam) or the Optam-ACO (Anesthesiologists-Chirurgiens-Obstétriciens), * the annual rate of change in the number of doctors in sector 2 who are members of the Optam/Optam-ACO, * the Optam/Optam-ACO membership rate of eligible sector 2 physicians. Several territorial levels are available: national level (France as a whole), region, department. The data are derived from the National Health Data System (SNDS).
