The DDECPP are the data on the award of public contracts, the publication of which by public buyers has been mandatory since 2018 and is now governed by [the decree of 22 December 2022](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/jorf/id/JORFTEXT000046850496). This extraction had to be developed because this buyer profile does not publish the DDECPP of public buyers in Open Data on data.gouv.fr as provided for in the decree. The year and month indicated on the file names refer to the date of publication of the data provided by marches-securises.fr. Dates in the future have been observed. These data are the subject of a national aggregation in tabular format, the result of which can be found on [this dataset] (https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/donnees-essentielles-de-la-commande-public-consolidees-format-tabulaire/).
