Accounts of political parties and political groupings

Accounting data of political parties and political groupings from the consolidated accounts submitted to the CNCCFP under Article 11-7 of the Law of 11 March 1988 on the financial transparency of political life. These data may include accounts in MFF Francs and not in Euros. This accounting must comply with the requirements of Regulation No 2018-03 of 12 October 2018 on the overall accounts of political parties or groups, which relate in particular to the preparation and presentation of the overall accounts. The data shall also include uncertified accounts and accounts deposited with the Commission after the publication of the notice on the general publication of the accounts of political parties and political groupings. **Attention**: * _The accounting data for the financial years 2008 to 2017 correspond to the accounting items in the balance sheet and profit and loss account as provided for in Opinion No 95-02 on the accounting of political parties and political groupings and may include accounts in MFF francs and not in euro. * _Each political party has an identification number given by the CNCCFP. Thus, in the event of a change in the name of the party without a change in legal personality, the party number is retained._
