The data standard concerns the non-anonymised GPR, i.e. including the personal data (PACAGE number) of the reporting farmers receiving direct aid under the CAP.The GPR has been made up, each year since 2004, of all the crop islands geolocated by the reporting farmers themselves (on an ortho-photographic basis provided) during the annual "CAP declarations" campaign launched each spring throughout France (excluding Guyana and Guadeloupe). Their route serves as the legal basis for the ASP to determine the amount of various direct aids to farmers and their area (entered using the ISIS software made available by the ASP) is controlled, by directed sampling, during the summer following the declarations.The population retained for extraction from the ISIS extractor is that of the registrants of areas whose RPG is completely seized. These are therefore the islands of the "Surfaces" files with one of the following five statuses:- "In the process of being entered" (with the indicator "completed RPG entry" checked)- "Saisi"- "End of administrative control"- "Instruit"- "Good to be liquidated"The islands of the files with the states "Received", "In the process of entering" (with the indicator "completed RPG entry" not checked), "Rejected" and "Clos" are not included in this extraction, repeated every week.
