Arrêté du 14 mars 2023 modifié suite à la validation des cours d'eau par la commission des cours d'eau du Jura le 27 juillet 2023 . Initialement couche téléchargée initialement sur RESANA avec les attributs IGN (début année 2023) . Cette couche modifiait l'arrêté du 04 Février 2021 relatif aux règles de bonnes conditions agricoles et environnementales (BCAE) Pour la première fois, tous les départements métropolitains disposent d'une référence numérique représentant les cours d'eau BCAE dans leur département, ce qui facilitera l'accès à l'information réglementaire concernant la conditionnalité des aides PAC pour les agriculteurs et les citoyens. Elle sera également accessible sur telepac lors de la phase de déclaration. Cette représentation numérique est le fruit d'un travail conjoint des DDT(M), de l'IGN et du MAA
