Dataset description

This file covers data from the FINESS file, relating to Social and Medical-Social Establishments (ESMS) for people with disabilities. You can find the name of the establishment and its address, the number of places available, the different types of disabilities welcomed, the mode of reception (boarding or daycare). The handicaps mentioned are abbreviated as follows: EISC: Cerebro injured, COG: Cognitive disability, DA: Hearing impairment, DI: Intellectual disability, HAND-RARE: Handicap Rare, MOT: Deficiency Motrice, POLY: Polyhandicap, PSY: Deficiency of the psyche, RET-MENT: Mental retardation, CBT: Driving and Behaviour Disorders, TTE-DI: All deficiencies, ASD: Autistic Spectrum Disorders, VIS: Visual Impairment. The National Register of Health and Social Establishments (FINESS) is a national directory managed by the Digital Health Agency. This file is the reference for the inventory of structures and equipment in the health, medico-social, social and training fields for the professions in these sectors. The data in this directory are continuously updated by staff working in regional health agencies and decentralised government departments and made available to the public on a dedicated website (see metadata). The entire Finess directory can be downloaded from the public data platform of the State and administrations (see metadata). The data are updated on a quarterly basis.

Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
