Dataset description

The Special Contingency Plan (SCP) is a mechanism established by the State to protect people, property and the environment and to address the particular risks associated with the existence of an industrial and/or nuclear installation. If a nuclear event occurred and it was likely to have consequences outside the site, the prefect would take the lead in operations and rely in particular on this plan, which is one of the specific provisions of the ORSEC (Organization of the Civil Security Response). The PPIs in this map are the perimeters defined around the Paluel.et Penly nuclear power plants. The 2011 Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan led the government to revise all IPPs. For nuclear power plants, the radius of the PPI has been extended from 10 km to 20 km in order to optimise the responsiveness of public authorities and to better raise awareness and prepare the population to react in the event of a nuclear alert. Populations within 20 km are affected by regular distributions of stable iodine tablets. These tablets are to be absorbed at the request of the prefectural authority, if a nuclear accident occurs and if the area of residence entails a risk of exposure to the consequences of the accident (radioactive clouding). Two additional perimeters are also defined under the PPI: \ - a reflex shelter perimeter, in the immediate vicinity of each power plant (dotted circles approximately 2 km). A more detailed zoom of these areas is available [here](https://seine-maritime.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/71eb3c671ba3416ea02bf771ea0b05fb/data) for Paluel (Hameau de Bertheauville, Hameau de Conteville, Le Pont Rouge), Ingouville (Le Tôt) and Saint-Sylvain (Anglesqueville les Murs) and [here](https://seine-maritime.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/65a39c7021c24aac8757a423fe01df2f/data) for Penly, Berneval-le-Grand and Saint-Martin-En-Campagne, \- a slightly wider perimeter (approximately 5 km) where the Prefect can, if necessary, order an "immediate" evacuation, The Prefectural Authority has concluded agreements with the following radio stations in order to be able to provide information quickly to the population: \ - France Bleu Normandie 102.2 FM \- France Info 105.5 FM \- NRJ Dieppe 99.8 FM \ - NRJ Rouen 100.5 FM \- Tendance Ouest 105.1 FM (Dieppe-Fécamp) or 101.3 FM (Cany-Barville) There is also an agreement with the television channel France 3 Normandie. The list of municipalities, delegated municipalities and so-called places concerned by the PPI of Penly is available in .csv, [here](https://services-eu1.arcgis.com/Nt9PzCzX9tz2k5Lq/arcgis/rest/services/PPI_Penly_with_comm_d%C3%A9l%C3%A9guees_et_Somme_2019/FeatureServer). Questions before production use

Practical answers on evaluation, licensing, freshness, versioning and support.

Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
