Dataset description

**Grants awarded by the Hautes-Pyrénées Department since 2018 and above (or equal to) €23,000.** As of 1 August 2017, local authorities have an obligation to report on the grants they award. That obligation falls to them with the publication on 7 May 2017 of [Decree No 2017-779 of 5 May](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/eli/decret/2017/5/5/PRMJ1636989D/jo/texte/fr), relating to electronic access to grant agreement data and the [Order of 17 November 2017](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/displayTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000036040528) relating to the conditions for making available essential grant agreement data. This text implements Article 18 of the Law for a Digital Republic (No 2016-1321 of 7 October 2016), which itself amended [Article 10 of Law No 2000-321 of 12 April 2000](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTextArticle.do?cidText=JORFTEXT000000215117&idArticle=LEGIARTI000006529194&dateText=20000413&categorieLien=cid) on citizens’ rights in their relations with administrations. This notice concerns grant agreements concluded pursuant to Article 10 of the Law of 12 April 2000, i.e. only in principle above EUR 23 000 and concluded with a private applicant. This threshold is laid down in Article 1 of [Decree No 2001-495 of 6 June 2001 implementing Article 10 of Law No 2000-321 of 12 April 2000 on the financial transparency of aid granted by public bodies] (https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000005631044)). (As regards the nature of the grant, the obligation to disseminate the essential data of the agreement concerns all grants that meet the definition in Article [9-1 of the Law of 12 April 2000](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/postichTexteArticle.do;jsessionid=05750891A4EBA2EC7F8992401755C612.tpdila18v_2?idArticle=LEGIARTI000029318586&cidText=JORFTEXT000215117&dateText=20170705&categorieLien=id&oldAction=)). _**When the date of the agreement is not entered, we put 1 January of the year of the agreement.**_

Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
