Dataset description

Number of social housing financed and catch-up target in municipalities with less than 20% of social housing between 2007 and 2012 * * * Pursuant to the SRU Act of 2000, the municipalities of Alto-Sequanese with less than 20% of social housing have engaged in an active approach in order to reach the quota set by the law. With the delegation of stone aids, the Department plays a major role alongside cities. This policy aims in particular to promote social diversity. This dataset makes it possible to know the programs carried out or being carried out. "The annual objective of catching up" presented corresponds to one third of the three-year objective provided for in Article L 302-8 of the Construction and Housing Code. **The Law of 18 January 2013 on the mobilisation of public land for housing and the strengthening of social housing production obligations raised the minimum rate of social housing from 20 to 25% for municipalities with more than 1,500 inhabitants in Ile-de-France. This dataset is therefore no longer fed due to regulatory developments.** **Lexico** Social diversity This concept has been enshrined in law. It appears in particular in Article 1 of the City Guidance Law of 13 July 1991: "In order to implement the right to the city, municipalities, other territorial collectivities and their groupings, the State and their public institutions shall ensure to all inhabitants of cities living and housing conditions conducive to social cohesion and likely to avoid or eliminate the phenomena of segregation. This policy must make it possible to integrate each district into the city and to ensure in each agglomeration the coexistence of the various social categories. **Special comments** The comparison between the number of social housing units financed and the annual catch-up target is only an illustration of the achievements in relation to the objectives. However, the rules laid down by the State for calculating the achievement of the three-year objectives by the municipalities concerned are more complex (see in particular Circular of 8 February 2011 on the implementation of the procedure for establishing a failure to act in the context of the three-year review of the third three-year period 2008-2010 NOR: DEVL1101456C). The policy of social diversity must also concern territories where the concentration of social housing has generated dysfunctions. The law on urban renewal of 1 August 2003, known as the "Borloo" law, thus reflects this desire to combat the phenomena of relegation and segregation through the implementation of a powerful policy of upgrading neighbourhoods in difficulty. **Related data** Open data portal of the Hauts-de-Seine department [Subsidised social housing in municipalities with less than 25% of social housing](https://opendata.hauts-de-seine.fr/explore/dataset/housing-social-subsidies-in-communes-having-less-than-25-of-housing/) (since 2013)

Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
