The T7 aeronautical easements established for the protection of air traffic consist in prohibiting the creation of facilities which, because of their height, would be likely to harm air navigation, and this outside clearance zones.These are concerned under the T7 easement:- all aerodromes open to public air traffic,- restricted aerodromes created by the State,- under conditions fixed by regulation, certain restricted aerodromes created by a person other than the State.The generator of a public utility easement is a geographical entity whose nature or function induces, under the effect of a regulation, constraints on the modalities of land occupation of the surrounding lands.The disappearance or destruction on the land of the generator does not have the consequence of removing the easement or easements associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or repeal by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement or easements in question.
