Scope of public inter-municipal cooperation establishments (own-tax or other) Attention: available to other ministries and EPCI municipalities, but not to the general public Public institutions for inter-municipal cooperation (EPCI) are groupings of municipalities whose purpose is to develop "common development projects within solidarity perimeters".
