Grant award agreements concluded by the Interministerial Directorate for Public Transformation (DITP)

Article 10 of Law No 2000-321 of 12 April 2000 on the rights of citizens in their relations with administrations requires the administration awarding a grant of more than EUR 23 000 to publish the essential data of the grant agreement. The data published correspond to agreements concluded by the Interministerial Directorate for Public Transformation (DITP) in 2024 with bodies governed by private law and amounting to more than €23,000. The registration number of the DITP in the register of companies and their establishments provided for in Article R. 123-220 of the Commercial Code is No 13002527300017. For each contract concluded, in accordance with Article 1 of Decree No 2017-779 of 5 May 2017 on access in electronic form to the essential data of grant agreements, the following information is given: * Information on the recipient of the grant: * the name of the successful tenderer; * its registration number in the register of undertakings and their establishments, provided for in [Article R. 123-220 of the Commercial Code](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichCodeArticle.do?cidText=LEGITEXT000005634379 \&idArticle=LEGIARTI000006258730 \&dateText=\&categorieLink=cid "Commercial Code - Article R123-220 (M)"); * in cases where the grant is awarded to several successful tenderers under the same project, the above information for each of the successful tenderers; * Information on the grant: * the date of the grant agreement; * the purpose of the grant; * the amount of the grant; * the nature of the grant; * the date(s) or period(s) and the conditions for payment; * if the scheme is listed in the business aid register, the unique reference number assigned to it; * if the device has been notified in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid, the existence of that notification; * in cases where the grant is awarded to several successful tenderers under the same project, the distribution of the grant among those successful tenderers. The data are produced annually by the General Secretariat of the DITP on the basis of the agreements signed by the DITP.
