Adults with disabilities accompanied by a dedicated structure at the end of 2022: blurred base (V1)

This open data comes from the ES-Handicap 2022 survey. The survey questions the medical and social institutions and services that accompany children and adults with disabilities. It makes it possible to know, by type of structure, the activity and operation of the structures, the staff and the public accompanied. The collection of the 2022 vintage took place in the first half of 2023. The database made available is a blurred excerpt from the ES-Handicap survey on persons accompanied by a structure for adults with disabilities as at 31 December 2022. The data have been reprocessed and for some of them noised or disturbed in order to ensure the confidentiality of the individual information and to prevent any direct or indirect re-identification. The information disseminated covers socio-demographic characteristics, protected adult status, type of main impairment, activity limitations and restrictions, activity during the day, type of accommodation, time in the structure of accompanied adults and the region in which the structure is located. Two variables were blurred or disturbed: the age of the adults and the region in which the structure is located. Their values are close to the actual values and lead to results comparable to those produced from the exhaustive data (see documentation). This blurred data file can be used for preliminary work. Nevertheless, DREES strongly advises the use of the comprehensive database disseminated to CASD for the finalisation of works and studies. The format of the database is identical to that of the securely accessible comprehensive database, so that the programs developed on the blurred basis also work on the comprehensive basis.
