Dataset description

Within the framework of the research partnership agreement P-2016-004 signed by the DILA, the Court of Cassation and the Administrator General of Data (AGD), and in the more general context of the dissemination of court decisions in open data provided for by law n°2016-1321 of 7 October 2016 for a digital Republic, the AGD carried out the first work of “automatic pseudonymisation” whose conclusions are presented in the downloadable document.
