Dataset description

This dataset has been updated with the 2022 RP. See: <https://data.centrevaldeloire.fr/explore/dataset/population-2022-par-csp-en-region-centre-val-de-loire/information/> Population (aged 15 or over) by Socioprofessional Categories (CSP) in 2021 of the communes of the Centre-Val de Loire Region. Geography as of 1 January 2024. These results are derived from the complementary exploitation of the 2021 census. CSP: * Farmers/operators * Craftsmen, merchants and business leaders * Executives and Higher Intellectual Professions * Intermediate occupations * Employees * Workers * Retired * Other people without professional activity Definitions and thematic advice sheets: * <https://www.insee.fr/statistics/file/2383177/fiche-PCS.pdf> The population census makes it possible to know the diversity and the evolution of the population of France. In this way, INSEE provides statistics on inhabitants and dwellings, their number and characteristics: breakdown by sex and age, occupations, housing conditions, modes of transport, commuting, etc. Staff over 500 can normally be used with confidence. Staff numbers below 200 should be handled with caution as, due to the inaccuracy of the survey, they may not be significant. Comparisons between territories of small sizes are to be avoided. For areas with less than 2 000 inhabitants, it is recommended not to use the data from the supplementary farm. For more methodological information, you can consult the factsheets "Tips for the use of census results" by clicking on the link <https://www.insee.fr/information/2383177> These fact sheets present the new features of the population census and discuss their impact on the use of data. They shall specify in particular the changes affecting the main statistical variables and their comparability with previous censuses. Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
