In the context of the planned opening of the High Value Datasets (https://www.data.gouv.fr/posts/lessentiel-sur-les-donnees-de-forte-value/) listed by the [Implementing Regulation (2023/138)](https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/FR/TXT/HTML/?uri=CELEX:32023R0138) of the European Commission, the dataset, ‘Company documents and accounts’, corresponds to the NIR made available by the INPI. It contains the following elements: * the financial statements (including the list of holdings, subsidiary undertakings and associated undertakings, the address of their head offices and the proportion of the capital held) and audit reports, * non-financial declarations, management reports and other declarations or reports, * annual financial reports. The data are available via API at the following address: <https://data.inpi.fr> after creating an account (without necessary validation by the organization).
