CCAS DELIBERATION

This dataset concerns the deliberations adopted by the Board of Directors of the CCAS (Centre Communal d’Action Sociale). Its objective is to make available to the public all the decisions taken in the context of municipal social action, in a spirit of transparency and accessibility. To ensure this, we will use the tool **GRSIT**, which will facilitate the publication of documents, automate their dissemination and keep a complete history of deliberations. This solution ensures structured, centralized and sustainable management of published data. **List of files made available:** * A summary file of all deliberations. * One ranking per calendar year. * The complete documents of the deliberations (communicable version). **File format:** * Structured data in CSV and/or XLSX format (date, number, subject, topic, status). <br /> **Update frequency:**\ The update will take place after each meeting of the Management Board to ensure a complete and up-to-date history. **Reasons for creating the dataset:** * Enhancing the transparency of local public action. * Simplify citizens' access to CASC decisions. * Ensure traceability and structured archiving of deliberations through GRSIT. * Meet legal obligations on open data.
