[Habitat Observatory] ADEME - DPE of new housing (since July 2021)

The **Energy Performance Diagnosis (EPD)** provides information on the energy and environmental performance of a dwelling or building, assessing its energy consumption and its impact on greenhouse gas emissions. The content and procedures for establishing the ELD shall be regulated. It shall include information on: * the **characteristics of the building or dwelling** (surface, orientation, walls, windows, materials, etc.) * equipment** (heating, domestic hot water production, ventilation, etc.). Since the reform of **1 July 2021** ,, the EPR has been made reliable to become a central tool in energy renovation policy. The main developments are: * **Generalization** of the 3CL calculation method to all dwellings * Change from **3 to 5 energy uses** (addition of lighting and auxiliaries) * **Integrating a double threshold** (energy and greenhouse gas emissions) for the DPE label ⚠ **Important remarks:** * This dataset has been **filtered** to cover only **new dwellings located on the territory of the Metropolis**. * **Some columns are not displayed** in order to make reading easier and not to disseminate complex technical data. * This dataset is rather intended for a **informed public** (technicians, design offices, communities) with prior knowledge of the DPE.
