Dataset description

This game presents the number of non-teaching engineering, administrative, technical, social and health staff and libraries (BIATSS) working in institutions under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research from 2015 to 2021. Institutions are covered by Budget Program 150 "Higher Education and University Research". The data of the incumbent agents are taken from the AGORA, ITRF and BIB directories on the date of 1/02/N+1 or N represents the year in question. The data for contract staff come from the annual ANT survey and include contract staff under public law on permanent missions and temporary missions. This excludes individual contractors, student contractors, PrAB contractors (preparation for competitions in categories A or B) and apprentices. The numbers shown are natural persons remunerated under the State ceiling or from own resources during each year of study, irrespective of the duration of their contract.
