List of current infringements of the NATINF nomenclature

The file published below contains all the criminal, customs and tax offences in force listed in the NATINF nomenclature updated by the Directorate for Criminal Affairs and Pardons of the Ministry of Justice. The list of infringements is presented in several columns: - the number assigned to it in the nomenclature, - the simplified classification of the offence (description of the punishable conduct in no more than 210 characters), - the nature of the offence (classification according to its seriousness in the scale of penalties), - the references of the articles that define the offence (punishable conduct), - the references of the articles enacting the penalties (principal and additional) incurred. As the codes and types of non-codified texts are abbreviated in the last two columns of the list of offences, a glossary presents the official wording corresponding to the mnemonics or abbreviations of the texts referred to in the first file, grouped into codes, national non-codified texts and international non-codified texts. The list of infringements in force is updated quarterly; that of the types of legislation is updated when a new code contains criminal provisions.
