Dataset description

Adopted on 13 December 2000, the Solidarity and Urban Renewal Act (SRU) aims to recreate social balance in each territory and respond to the shortage of social housing. Article 55 requires certain municipalities to have a minimum number of social housing units proportionate to their residential stock. More information [at this link](https://www.ecologie.gouv.fr/larticle-55-loi-solidarite-et-renouvellement-urbain-sru-mode-demploi). Regulatory Ref.: CCH L. 302-5 et seq. The provisions of Article L302-5 of the CCH shall apply to municipalities with a population of at least 3500 inhabitants (1,500 inhabitants in Île-de-France) which are included, within the meaning of the population census, in an agglomeration or EPCI of more than 50000 inhabitants comprising at least one municipality of more than 15000 inhabitants. This dataset contains, for the 2157 municipalities of the SRU perimeter, the situation of the municipality and the annual balance sheet of the number of social housing – or similar dwellings, as of 1 January 2022. The data are derived from a survey carried out among the DDT(M) and DREAL/DEAL after exchanges according to the principle of adversarial procedure with the municipalities. Data for 2023 will be published in spring 2024.

Yes. Selected APIs include a free API quota, so your team can validate coverage, freshness, response shape and workflow fit before asking for a production plan.
Often yes, but usage rights depend on the source license and dataset. We surface source, license and update metadata where available, and can help review terms before a production integration.
Maintained APIs include update metadata where available. For production integrations, we can add history, monitoring and push updates so changes are easier to detect and act on.
Production APIs can add SLA, stable identifiers, versioning support, history, push updates and direct support around the data your product or AI workflow depends on.
