Essential data public procurement ATIH

The [Order](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/id/JORFTEXT000038318675) of 22 March 2019 on essential data provides for the obligation for all French public purchasers (territorial authorities, ministries, public hospitals, public institutions, etc.) and all French granting authorities to publish the essential data of their public contracts and concession contracts on their buyer profile for a period of five years.\ It is also possible to publish them on the national open data portal [data.gouv.fr](https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/) From 1 January 2024, essential data on public procurement and concession contracts must be published by buyers and granting authorities directly on [data.gouv.fr](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/) and must comply with the requirements laid down by the amended decrees of 22 December 2022 ([public procurement decree](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/id/LEGIARTI000048876437/2024-01-01/) & [concession decree](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/id/LEGIARTI000048916375/2024-01-01/))\ In order to facilitate the use of these data at national level, a single file aggregating and reprocessing the different sources from [data.gouv.fr](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/) shall be made available.
