Consolidated accounts of inter-municipal ensembles 2017-2024

### Presentation of the dataset: The consolidated accounts of the inter-municipal assemblies 2017-2024 present the main aggregates of the consolidated accounts (main and ancillary budgets) of the inter-municipal assemblies for the period 2017-2024. The inter-municipal groupings correspond to the grouping formed by a grouping with its own taxation and its member municipalities. For the Greater Paris Metropolis (MGP), the inter-municipal complex also includes territorial public institutions (TPEs). By extension, data are also presented from the groups formed by the FTEs of the MGP and their member municipalities, as well as those of the single-municipal islands which do not belong to any grouping ("isolated municipalities"). The calculation of the aggregates was carried out by the OFGL on the basis of the data on the accounting balances of the own-tax groups and municipalities published by the DGFiP. The consolidation of the inter-municipal groups corresponds to the aggregation of the main and ancillary budgets of each community forming part of the group, after neutralizing the cross-flows existing between these budgets, then to the aggregation of these budgets between all the member communities of the group, neutralizing again the cross-flows existing between these communities. For a given inter-municipal unit and year, if the account of the PFM (or EFA if applicable) or one of its member municipalities is missing, then no information is presented for the inter-municipal unit for the year in question.
