Base of carpooling places in Pays de la Loire

This base is derived from the national base of carpooling locations and synchronized daily with the national base. The first version of the National Base of Carpooling Locations (BNLC) was derived from the **[National Base of Carpooling Areas of BlaBlaCar](https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/aires-de-covoiturage-en-france/)** and the **[Base of Carpooling Areas of the Fabrique des Mobilités](https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/aires-de-covoiturage-base-de-donnees-commune-des-lieux-et/)**. The BNLC is now regularly updated by the National Access Point team thanks to input from local authorities and contributors (e.g. carpoolers). To contribute, you can use [this tool](https://contribuer.transport.data.gouv.fr/). This data enables carpool developers and apps to provide reliable information on meeting points (carpooling areas, motorway exits, car parks, … hitchhiking locations) where drivers can stop and park safely. The reuse of this data is subject to the ODbL license.
